We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends. Our calendar shows real-time availability — if the slot is open, it's yours. Minimum booking notice is 72 hours.

We serve the Greater Boston area including Cambridge, Somerville, Newton, Brookline, Quincy, Medford, and surrounding communities. Events beyond 25 miles from Medford may have a travel fee — just ask when you request a quote.

Pup character appearances are 30 minutes — plenty of time for a meet-and-greet and photos with guests. Robot character appearances are 60 minutes. Custom durations available on request.

Yes. Multi-character bookings are one of our most popular options for birthdays and corporate events. Each character has its own calendar, so you can book multiple characters for overlapping time slots. Tell us who you want and we'll build a custom package.

Yes — both work. For outdoor events in hot weather, we'll coordinate shade and break times to keep performers safe and comfortable.

A non-refundable deposit secures your date at the time of booking. Deposit amounts vary by package — for example, $90 for a single pup appearance or $250 for a solo robot appearance. The remaining balance is due the day of the event. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are charged the full amount. Rescheduling is free with at least 7 days' notice (one reschedule per booking). We understand things come up — just communicate early and we'll work with you.
